Salary negotiations for OFR/S are concluded

Nyhet The 2025 salary negotiations for OFR/S at the University of Gothenburg have now been concluded, and the agreement was signed last Friday (20 February).
The new salaries, including retroactive pay from 1 October, will be paid out with the March salary payment. The outcome at the collective level for OFR/S members was 3.49 percent, which is slightly above the so-called benchmark of 3.4 percent (the wage-setting benchmark established by the export sector).
Salary-setting managers will shortly contact each member of the unions within OFR/S (Fackförbundet ST, the Swedish Teachers’ Union, Ledarna, and the Swedish Association of Health Professionals) to inform them of their new individual salaries. In connection with this, managers will also offer each employee a follow-up meeting to discuss the outcome.
Preparatory work for the autumn negotiations will begin as early as this week. As part of this process, the OFR/S negotiating delegation and the employer at the University of Gothenburg will jointly review, among other things, what should be included and highlighted in the next RALS and how the negotiation process should be structured.
This year’s RALS negotiations were challenging and required central-level consultations in order to move the process forward. Many thanks for the support from all of you members!
