Nyhet Salary negotiations are completed regarding both individual salaries and salary ladders for doctoral students.
Your manager will inform you of your new salary and if you are covered by individual salary setting you have the right to a follow-up conversation where you can ask about the motivation behind the revised salary. The new salary will be paid to all members in March (retroactively from 1 October 2024).
On 9 April, you are welcome to join our digital Coffee with the Union (theme: RALS) to hear more about the results of the salary negotiations.
